- the number of candidates required for recruitment and training
- recruitment criteria
- job responsibilities
- monthly salary
The institute will assist the company with the above.

The institute and the Ministry of Manpower will shortlist candidates from their databases for you to interview and select candidates.

The interviews are conducted in the Ministry of Manpower.

A training contract will be signed between the candidate, the company, the institute and the Ministry of Manpower
before the training starts.

The training period ranges from 6-8 months and includes off-job training in the institute and on-job training
in the company.

The Ministry of Manpower will pay for the training of the candidates.

You can come to the institute and register with us for training. Bring the following with you:
- a copy of your school certificates
- a copy of your ID card
- a copy of your manpower card
- 4 passport size photographs

Once you are interviewed and selected by one of the many prestigious private sector companies that we work with
and you have signed the training contract.

You sign the training contract with the company that has selected you, the institute and the Ministry of Manpower
before the training starts.

to carry out your job efficiently.

Yes, regular tests will be conducted throughout the training.

A certificate from the institute stamped by the Ministry of Manpower will be given to you on successful completion
of the training programme.

The certificate will be given to you after it is stamped and released by the Ministry of Manpower.

You will be held responsible for breaking the training contract and will be liable to pay the training cost to the Ministry of Manpower.
